Belgium is well know for its low prices on antique furniture. One can find lany areas in Belgium where Antique shops are concetrated. The largest area is situated in Brussels at the Place du Grand Sablon. At the other side of the capital, there is an other area next to the place du jeu de balles and some of its upper parallel streets which is very rich in antique shops. It is a very convivial place to be on Sundays. Still in Belgium there is Antwerp and its kloosterstraat, the veritable antique shopping street. However, most of its shops are closed before noon. It is argued that the number one place to go antique shopping is Tongeren, it is a true antiquers dream. It has the largest Sunday flea market in Europe after France's L'ile sur la Sorgue. Moreover, the luxe living of Antwerp isn't felt in Tongeren and is much more affordable.
